“The quality of products is not even an issue to discuss – the quality is superior.” When a partner says something like this, it is always of great value. It also shows the enormous amount of work underlying the commendation.

Since 2014, Gazpromneft-Lubricants has been cooperating with Rostselmash, the Russian manufacturer of agricultural machinery. BFM asked the Marketing Department Director of this enterprise why he valued the partnership with Gazpromneft-Lubricants.

“Any issue can always be resolved quickly, the company always demonstrates flexibility and customer loyalty. They function as a European company, where one’s word conversation or a normal business letter are equal to legally binding documents. So they talk the talk and walk the walk. We experienced an impasse with one of our partners, a manufacturer of transmissions. Their technical requirements did not allow them to approve a number of uses for the transmissions. A fairly lengthy procedure was required, but with use of a lubricanting material all these contradictions could have been eliminated. This is a clear illustration of the point I made above about Gazpromneft-Lubricants. They took it upon themselves to deal with this problem, and solved it within a mere two months.”

Prokhor Darmov specifically added that for production companies such as Rostselmash, stopping the production line because of problems with lubricants is absolutely inadmissible and constitutes a serious emergency. The fact that there have not been any such situations at the enterprise throughout the years of cooperation with Gazpromneft-Lubricants serves an excellent illustration of how effective cooperation with this company was for Rostselmash.
