Second G-Energy Service Station to Start Operation in St. Petersburg

Gazpromneft-Lubricants Ltd, being the Gazpromneft oil business operator, has opened another service station (STO) in St. Petersburg within its own international programme G-Energy Service.

The new service located in Portovaya street is equipped with four modern oil change posts. High-quality equipment and high-qualified staff allow reducing the service time to 20–30 minutes. In addition, the service station makes it possible to replace filters, make suspension repair, perform the engine diagnostics, etc. A comfortable waiting area equipped with a TV including Wi-Fi and air conditioning is available for customers.

Currently, about 20 service stations of G-Energy Service are already operating in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia and Italy. All stations operate in accordance with the advanced international standards of customer service and the use of high-quality lubricants of G-Energy and Gazpromneft brands. Oils and technical fluids delivered to the station by Gazpromneft-Lubricants Ltd are designed for different types of modern vehicles, both during the warranty and post-warranty periods of operation.

Director General of Gazpromneft-Lubricants Ltd Aleksandr Trukhan says: “G-Energy Service project gives us together with our partners a possibility to implement innovative approaches and cutting-edge solutions in practice, which help our customers to evaluate the quality of our premium products. We are actively developing the programme and opening new stations. We are planning that the total number of G-Energy Service stations will reach 200 by 2017 “.

G-Energy Service is an International Project of Gazpromneft-Lubricants LTD involving service stations providing services for the fast replacement of the engine and transmission oils and technical fluids. G-Energy Service is going to be developed in Russia, CIS, Western Europe as well as in the Middle East countries and other regions of the company`s presence. The terms of G-Energy Service project provide that Gazpromneft-Lubricants Ltd shall support the partner's stations working under the programme brand, as follows: purchasing the specialised equipment, training the staff and performing the stations' dressing. All the service stations are the facilities fitted with advanced process equipment meeting the high standards of industrial and environmental safety.

The company “Gazpromneft - Lubricants” (Gazpromneft-SM LTD) - is a subsidiary enterprise of “Gazprom Neft”, specializing in the production and sales of oils, lubricants and technical liquids. It was established in November 2007. “Gazpromneft - Lubricants” has 5 production sites in Russia, Italy and Serbia. Total production volume is 500 thousand tons of high-quality oils, lubricants and technical liquids per year. In 2014, at the Omsk Lubricants Production Plant, the second phase of high-technology complex for blending, filling and packaging of engine oils was put into operation. This production, which is the most modern in Russia, is designed for output of 300 thousand tons of oils, lubricants and technical liquids. Management system of “Gazpromneft - Lubricants” and its production assets meet the requirements of international standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 16949 and OHSAS 18001. The company supplies its products to the Russian conveyors of Mercedes Benz Trucks Vostok, KZ ROSTSELMASH, DERWAYS JSC, KAMAZ, AVTOTOR (for Hyundai cars). The consumers of the industrial production of the company “Gazpromneft-Lubricants” are “Severstal”, “Sibur”, “Gazprom”, “Evraz”, MMK and other large industrial enterprises. The range includes 500 types of oils and lubricants for all sectors of the market (more than 1 000 commodity items). The company’s products have more than 250 approvals of leading equipment manufacturers: BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Volvo, Renault, General Motors, Caterpillar, MAN, Scania, KAMAZ, Bosch Rexroth and others. The company holds 14% of the market of lubricants in Russia, as well as it is working in the Mediterranean countries, the Balkans, Eastern and Northern Europe, CIS, Baltic States, Central and South-East Asia, Africa and others. In general, the company’s production is represented in more than 50 countries of the world.
