MOSCOW LUBRICANT PLANT


Moscow Lubricant Plant (MZSM) is a subsidiary of Gazpromneft-Lubricants, Ltd. focusing on the production of high-tech engine, marine, hydraulic, industrial and transmission oils as well as universal tractor oils and individual product lines for car manufacturers. The Plant’s product portfolio includes more than 200 product items and more than 500 SKU of packaged products.

The production asset in Fryazino has entered in Gazprom Neft group of companies in November 2011. The production plant includes high-accuracy blending units, oil filling lines, tank farm, tanker loading facility, warehousing facilities, boiler facility, waste water treatment facilities and plant laboratory.

Production capacity of MZSM is 70 thousand tons per year by blending and 120 thousand tons per year by packaging.

The plant has successfully passed a number of audits, including BP, Shell, Chevron, Nippon Oil, and Rosmorport.

The plant operates three hazardous production facilities of hazard class III on the basis of a license issued by the Federal Service for Environmental and Nuclear Supervision.

The following management systems are certified at the enterprise:

Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008;
Environmental Management System ISO 14001: 2004;
Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001: 2007.
